It’s a new check-in style designed to give you more freedom during your stay.

"Express Entry" can be completed through the "My Hotel Stay" Guest Portal on the app or website.

No membership registration required. Please check the confirmation email you receive after completing your reservation.
Members of our hotel membership system, the MGH Rewards Club, can also access "My Hotel Stay" through the app. (No membership or annual fee)

How to

〈From 7 Days Before Stay〉 Express Entry

  • Skip the tedious procedures during check-in by pre-registering guest information and paying for the room charge in advance.
  • MGH Rewards Club app members can enjoy the convenient auto-registration feature for guest information.
  • Overseas residents may also pre-register their passports (available only in select facilities).

*Registration is not automatic. Please make sure to follow the procedures.

*In order to use "Express Reception (Check-in Priority Lane)," you must complete "Express Entry (pre-registration and advance payment)" and pre-registration of your passport (for overseas residents only).

*If you use points for your room charges, an error may occur during the Express Entry settlement. If this happens, please stop by the front desk on your check-in day.

Log in to the
MGH Rewards Club app Log in to the app → Select the relevant reservation from [Stay (Reservation List)] → [Express Entry] , or for your upcoming reservation, select the [Check-in] tab → [Express Entry]

Select Reservation [Reservations] → Select the applicable [Reservation details]

Guest Information Registration [Express Entry] → [① Register] → Fill in the required fields → [Register]

  • *If you are a MGH Rewards Club member, your registered information will be filled automatically.

Passport Registration [② Passport] → Enter passport number and upload passport image → [Register Passport]

  • *Not required for Japan residents.
  • *Only applicable to certain facilities.
  • *Even if you have pre-registered your passport, we may still need to verify the physical document.

Online Payment [③ Payment] → Pay the accommodation fee and lodging tax

  • *Do not press the × button during the payment process, and be sure to return using the [Back] button after the payment is completed.
  • *Payment can also be made on-site; however, the Express Reception and Wallet Room Key cannot be used. We highly recommend using this feature to complete your procedures smoothly on-site.

Express Entry Complete

〈Issuance of Express Pass〉 Once you have completed "Express Entry," your digital "Express Pass" containing the QR code for check-in will be issued. It can be issued via the MGH Rewards Club app or My Hotel Stay, and can also be added to your Wallet app.

*This card cannot be used as a Wallet Room Key.

Log in to "My Hotel Stay" Enter your hotel, name, check-in date, and reservation number → Register your email address and receive a temporary password → Set up your login password

Guest Information Registration [Reservation Details] → [Express Entry] → [① Register] → Fill in the required fields → [Register]

  • *Not required for Japan residents.

〈Day of Check-in〉 Express Reception

Check-in via the Priority Lane

  • Those who have already completed "Express Entry" (pre-registration and advance payment) will be able to check-in smoothly through the "Check-in Priority Lane."
  • Please ensure you have your digital "Express Pass" containing the QR code, issued after completing "Express Entry," for check-in.

*This service is not available for those who have not completed "Express Entry (pre-registration and advance payment)."
Please use the "Self-Service Check-in Machine" or go to the front desk.
(If you are staying at sequence, you can make your payment at the "Check-in Tablet".)

*This service is not available to overseas residents who have not pre-registered their passports.

*The "Express Pass" can also be used for check-in at the front desk.

Pre-add "Wallet Room Key" that turns your smartphone into a room key

  • You can unlock the door just by tapping your smartphone on the reader—no need to open an app.
  • You can use this service by completing "Express Entry (pre-registration and advance payment)," pre-adding your wallet room key onto your smartphone, and checking in via "Express Reception."
  • Members who will share the same room can also pre-add a "Wallet Room Key" to their smartphone by registering as a roommate via "Express Entry."

Activation and Deactivation〉 The "Wallet Room Key" is automatically activated after check-in on the day of your arrival, and your room number will be displayed. It will automatically deactivate after check-out on the day of departure. During your stay, you can unlock your room by simply touching your device to the reader without having to open the app.
